       The inner runner evenly disperses the iron liquid to reduce the local overheating of the platter. According to the point of view of balanced solidification of cast iron, the more thin and small parts, the greater the shrinkage value, the more emphasis should be placed on feeding. Feeding method can be used to feed the pouring system, or set the riser feeding.
      When the feeding scheme of the pouring system is adopted, the indenter of the straight runner can be appropriately increased, such as increasing the height of the upper box and adding the gate ring. Cross runner is the main unit of skimming and floating air, when used for feeding, it can be properly increased to increase its section size: The runner in the brake disc should be made into a short, thin, wide shape, the runner is short, affected by the heat of castings and cross runner, and the effect of liquid iron filling shrinkage flow effect, the runner will not be solidified and closed in advance, keep open for a long time, thin can prevent the formation of contact hot joints at the entrance of the runner, and wide is to ensure sufficient flow area.
       Once the casting enters the balanced solidification stage of graphitization expansion and contraction offset, the iron liquid in the inner runner stops flowing, and it will solidify and cut off in time to improve the utilization rate of graphitization self-feeding, which is the adaptive adjustment effect of short, thin and wide inner runner on feeding.
       Some brake disc shrinkage is more serious, can be set up riser for feeding, riser as far as possible at the beginning of the inner runner, can also be set up at the middle core, the inner runner side of the disc to implement feeding. For thin-walled small parts, secondary inoculation measures can be adopted, that is, inoculant is added to the small bag for instantaneous inoculation, improve the inoculation effect, promote the nucleation of graphite, add it to the bottom of the bag, and inject iron liquid.
